  • When ordering a product a 40% deposit has to be made or otherwise the order will not be processed

  • Once product is ready for pickup/delivery we will notify the customer

  • During pickup, or prior to shipping the remainder of the total will be paid and product will be shipped

  • Do not hesitate to call us with questions about orders

  • The more an order is customized the longer it takes to assemble

  • We withhold the right to refuse certain builds due to low demand or certain applications

  • Reminder: (Most products are built to custom spec so be patient, sometimes it takes a while to get certain orders out the door)
